We've redesigned the Core6 Help Center to make answers easier to find. Content is now organized around the tasks you do with StorageGuard, from installing it to proving compliance, and every article follows the same layout so you know where to look.
What's new
- A new home page with search and links to popular topics.
- AI answers in search. Ask a question in a few words, and the Help Center summarizes the answer from our articles, with links to the sources
- Articles grouped by task into categories: Get Started with StorageGuard, Manage Storage & Backup Posture, and Operate and integrate. See the table below.
- A consistent article layout. Each article starts with the StorageGuard versions it applies to and an In this article list, gives numbered steps, and ends with the next step to take.
- New and updated documentation, including the StorageGuard AI Assistant, webhooks, ServiceNow, , the asset inventory, a StorageGuard FAQ, and more.

- Sign in to see everything. Some articles are available only to signed-in customers.
- Existing links and bookmarks still work. A few older articles were merged into new ones; if a link no longer opens, search for the topic.
- Submit a request or check on an existing one from the bottom of the home page.

To get an email when we post something new, sign in, open a section and click Follow. We recommend following:
- Security Updates: security updates for StorageGuard.
- Release Notes: new versions and what changed.
- Support Announcements: security advisories and service notices.
