The Health Check dashboard is a one-page answer to "is StorageGuard working?" It summarizes scans, analysis, knowledge base age, inventory coverage, events and license usage. Check it when something looks off, after maintenance, and as part of a weekly routine.

Open the dashboard
Go to Settings > Admin > Health Check.
What to look at
| Panel | Healthy looks like | Worth attention |
|---|---|---|
| Overall Health Score and Operational State | A high score and a normal operational state. | A low score: the other panels say why. |
| StorageGuard Version and Latest KB Update | The current version, and a knowledge base updated within the last update cycle. | A knowledge base weeks old, which means new advisories aren't being checked. |
| Last Scan and Last Analysis | Both ran when the schedule says they should. | A missing or stale run: the scheduled task failed or was disabled. |
| Asset Inventory & Scan Status | Every enabled system scanned recently, none failed. | Failed or unscanned systems, which also don't get analyzed. |
| Misconfiguration Checks (Fail / Missing Input) | Failures you're working on, and no checks waiting for input. | Checks with missing input: they can't pass or fail until a parameter is set. |
| Events & Logging | No critical events, recent activity as expected. | Critical events. |
| License Usage and Status | A valid license with capacity to spare. | Usage near the limit, or an expiry date approaching. |
What to do about problems
| Problem | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Failed scans or unscanned systems | Fix scan errors |
| Stale knowledge base | Keep the knowledge base up to date |
| Missing scan or analysis | Schedule recurring scans and Run and schedule a risk analysis |
| Checks with missing input | Change a check parameter |
| Critical events | Find logs and send a support bundle |
| License usage or expiry | Manage your license |
Tip: Deal with failed scans first. A system that isn't scanned isn't analyzed, so its score, findings and compliance status are all stale.
